I had a great experience renting a space here. Hannah was amazing and made the whole process very smooth. Her communication and compassion make you feel valued and cared for.  You can tell she truly cares about the property and the people and animals that reside there. I was a little uncertain about the area but can honestly say I didn't have any issues. I don't usually leave reviews but I signed a move in lease yesterday and had to come on here to say that Hannah was wonderful to work with and she helped my family find the perfect spot (it's awesome). First off let me tell you that Sutherlin estates and Monte Christo have been a wonderful experience. When I didn't think I was going to ever be able to own a home with less than perfect credit, they made it happen for us. Hannah has been a dream from start to finish. She is probably one of the most kind and flexible park managers I have met. Going above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend taking the time and calling Hannah if you are looking to buy a home and seeing what she has to offer. Big shout out also to Chris and Mark for helping through the process. Thank you everyone for making our dreams come true. I would like to also say to the two gentlemen that started this company. Thank you for what you are trying to accomplish. Keep up the good work. I stayed here during a temporary working assignment in the area. The property was clean, well-maintained, and community is so friendly. Huge shoutout to the property manager, Hannah Case—she was absolutely amazing to work with, incredibly responsive, and made the entire stay seamless from start to finish. I have experienced with Hannah Case, she is very professional and well organized, and the RV park shows how hard she works at keeping everyone satisfied, including her own family. She is a great problem solver, and does not hesitate to make a difference in her community for the better. Well done, good job at managing one of the cleanest parks I’ve seen around. I put in an application to live here and received a call back from Hannah very soon after. She was awesome from the first phone call! Extremely helpful, kind and caring. I run the Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program at the local shelter and Hannah reached out to us about the increasing number of cats in her parks. Hannah is amazing! In the short time that we have worked together she has helped 94 cats get TNR'd, and 45 kittens have been adopted into loving homes. Hannah truly cares  and is working hard to better not only the lives of her residents but the four-legged ones as well.
